ACO Moisture measurement sensors & portable instruments

We offer a continuous accurate moisture measuring system from ACO (Germany) which provides operation reliability and excellent performance at a very reasonable price.

Our main solution comes through special sensors that work on high-frequency capacitive measurement of dielectric shift of the product, enabling 4...20mA signal output directly to the plc, or PROFIBUS network. There are also special solutions customized for your specific needs.

The high frequency dielectric shift moisture measuring system for determination and control of the moisture is already in use at industries of concrete, glass, ceramic (brick, clay, etc.), food (flour, chocolate, etc.), pet-food, chemical (e.g. fertiliser), pharmaceutical, metallic or non metallic ores and mining, and many more.

This system has been continuously improved over the years to meet the demands of the industry and satisfy new applications and EU standards. We will be pleased to become your partner in helping increase product quality while saving energy, water, costs and production time.

PES provides portable quick moisture determination devices that can be used in the quick quality check of raw materials on the truck, in reception or at the supplier.

There are special portable instruments for example suitable for grain (corn, wheat and many other species), paper, biomass, wood pellets. They are pre-calibrated for specific products enabling results within few seconds.
