ISO-MIX: Ahead in technology!

ISO-MIX A/S is a young Danish company established in 2001, focused on developing, manufacturing and global marketing of its mixers. The ISO-MIX technology is revolutionary compared to traditional mixing principles, and it is scientifically tested and documented in close cooperation with the Technical University of Denmark. ISO-MIX A/S is offering a range of ISO-MIX machines, where the relevant type can be found based on actual application and tank size. With introduction of the ISO-MIX technology a new era in mixing principles has begun. The ISO-MIX technology is based on using rotating jet heads for mixing of liquids and in-mixing of liquid, gas or powder in larger liquid volumes. The rotating mixer head is being installed under the liquid surface in combination with a recirculation loop, through which liquid, gas or powder can be added. The liquid from the tank is being recirculated through this loop and led back to the tank through the ISO-MIX machine. The liquid, which is pumped through the rotating mixer head, makes the four jet nozzles to rotate vertically and the mixer head to rotate horizontal. Because of the rotation of the mixer head and nozzles, the entire tank liquid volume comes in contact with the liquid injected through the nozzles. This results in a very effective dispersion in the surrounding liquid.	ISO-MIX
The rotating jet head replaces the rotating shaft including the mechanical seal, penetrating the tank wall, with a mounted pipe. Hereby, a closed system is being obtained, which is more hygienic and at the same time vibrations from the rotating shaft are eliminated.	IM15
The usage of a recirculation loop makes it possible to control the temperature in an external heat exchanger, which makes the tank system more economical and simpler. Different mixing processes require different mix techniques. There are some mixers which use rapidly rotating mix tools, while others will use a slower rotating tool. Amixon equipment is designed with product integrity in mind and, as such, utilizes a slowly rotating spiral mix tool to generate a full-flow process with no dead zones.
